CREATIVE BAMBOO CENTER (БҮТЭЭЛЧ БАМБҮҮ ТӨВ) RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR WORKING WITH CHILDREN

Our motto is “Children first”, with that we will strive to work by upholding children's rights.

Our goal is to effectively spend children's leisure time and encourage creative thinking.

1. Within the Creative Bamboo Center, parents/guardians/caregivers must always supervise children. Children without parents/caregivers are not allowed. 
2. Our center is not for adults who do not have children.
3. Employees and actors must respect and understand each child as they are.
4. Employees must interact with each child, helping them to understand activities, while maintaining participation for each child. 
5. Employees and actors must behave well, and act like role models for children.
6. Equipment that could pose threat to the safety and movement of a child should be correctly facilitated, and in the case a child is accidentally injured, the accountability will be held on the supervising adult.
7. The center will not be liable for any possible illness or chronic illness during their stay (such as seizures), if in the circumstance a child needs medical attention, we will assist within our ability.
8. When children come together, conflict is bound to arise. Our center is not responsible for solving conflicts between children, although we will work to maintain the safety of the children.
9. In the circumstance a child’s safety is threatened while their guardian isn’t supervising them (ex. while they are going to the bathroom), our employees will not be held accountable.
10. We will strive to continuously use child-friendly applicances, as well as non-toxic art supplies.
11. We will take notice to make sure that no power cord is exposed/is within reach of a child. In the event that a power cord is exposed, we will take safety measures for the children.
12. Within the area of our center, please silence your phone. It is prohibited to talk on the phone. Please leave the center if need be.
13. Please wait your queue to be served. Please note it is not fair to cut queue of a child, use your eminence as an adult to be served with preferential treatment for your sake or your child’s.
14. Please note that no food or drink is to be consumed in the center except for the time specified. In case of urgent need, you may tell the staff, where they can relocate you to where you can eat.
15.  Please take caution when taking a picture of your child, whereas another child may be in the background of the picture. Please ask for consent from said child when posting onto social media.
16. To prevent spread of infectious diseases and maintain a clean environment, regular ventilation will be maintained at Creative Bamboo.
